**Fabian Wesley Forde** (born 26 October 1981) is a Barbadian former [footballer](/source/Association_football) who played [forward](/source/Forward_(association_football)). Born in England, he represented [Barbados](/source/Barbados_national_football_team) at international level. He is currently the director of football for [Kettering Town](/source/Kettering_Town_F.C.).

## Club career

Forde began his senior career at [Watford](/source/Watford_F.C.), after playing for the [club's academy](/source/Watford_F.C._Under-23s_and_Academy). On 6 May 2001, Forde made his only first team appearance for Watford in a 2–0 loss against [Burnley](/source/Burnley_F.C.) in the [First Division](/source/Football_League_First_Division), coming on as an 82nd-minute [substitute](/source/Substitute_(association_football)).[2] During his time at Watford, Forde was [loaned](/source/Loan_(sports)) out to [Enfield](/source/Enfield_F.C.) and [Chesham United](/source/Chesham_United_F.C.), before being released at the end of the [2002–03 season](/source/2002%E2%80%9303_Football_League).[3] Upon his release from Watford, Forde signed for [Crawley Town](/source/Crawley_Town_F.C.) in August 2003,[4] before leaving for [Grays Athletic](/source/Grays_Athletic_F.C.) and then [Hendon](/source/Hendon_F.C.) in the same year.[5] Forde later played for [Chelmsford City](/source/Chelmsford_City_F.C.), [Egham Town](/source/Egham_Town_F.C.), [Hemel Hempstead Town](/source/Hemel_Hempstead_Town_F.C.), [Hampton & Richmond Borough](/source/Hampton_%26_Richmond_Borough_F.C.) and [Windsor & Eton](/source/Windsor_%26_Eton_F.C._(1892)).[6]

## International career

In November 2002, Forde played twice for [Barbados](/source/Barbados_national_football_team) at the [2002 Central American and Caribbean Games](/source/2002_Central_American_and_Caribbean_Games).[7] In September 2003, Forde scored on his debut for [Barbados U23](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Barbados_national_under-23_football_team&action=edit&redlink=1) in a 4–1 loss against [Guyana U23](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Guyana_national_under-23_football_team&action=edit&redlink=1) in a qualification match for the [2004 Olympics](/source/Football_at_the_2004_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Men's_tournament).[8]

## Personal life

Forde's son [Shaq](/source/Shaq_Forde), is a footballer[9] who plays for [Bristol Rovers](/source/Bristol_Rovers_F.C.).
