Their home stadium is the Stade Walter-Luzi in the town, and they compete in the [Championnat National 2](/source/Championnat_National_2), the fourth tier of [French football](/source/French_football_league_system), as of the 2025–26 season. ==History== The club was founded in 1989 and previously played in [Ligue 2](/source/Ligue_2), the second division of [French football](/source/French_football), after achieving promotion from the [Championnat National](/source/Championnat_National) in 2019. They were relegated back in 2021. They previously won promotion from the Division d'Honneur in the 2009–10 season. The club's emblem and kits take a heavy influence from Italian club [Inter Milan](/source/Inter_Milan).{{Citation needed|date=June 2022}} On 1 February 2017, Chambly achieved a club milestone by drawing with French [top-flight](/source/Ligue_1) outfit [Monaco](/source/AS_Monaco_FC) 3–3 during regulation time in a [Coupe de la Ligue](/source/Coupe_de_la_Ligue) match, before eventually losing 4–5 in extra time. On 1 March 2018, Chambly defeated Strasbourg 1–0 to reach the semi-finals of the [Coupe de France](/source/Coupe_de_France) for the first time ever.
