***Euphaedra simplex***, the **simple orange forester**, is a [butterfly](/source/Butterfly) in the family [Nymphalidae](/source/Nymphalidae). It is found in eastern [Nigeria](/source/Nigeria), [Cameroon](/source/Cameroon), the [Republic of the Congo](/source/Republic_of_the_Congo), the [Central African Republic](/source/Central_African_Republic), the [Democratic Republic of the Congo](/source/Democratic_Republic_of_the_Congo) and north-western [Zambia](/source/Zambia).[1] The habitat consists of [primary forests](/source/Primary_forests).
