'''Erroll Canute Fraser''' (30 July 1950 – 24 December 2002) was an [ice speed skater](/source/speed_skating) from the [British Virgin Islands](/source/British_Virgin_Islands), who represented his native country at the [1984 Winter Olympics](/source/1984_Winter_Olympics) in [Sarajevo](/source/Sarajevo), [Yugoslavia](/source/SFRY) at the age of 33. Fraser is believed{{whom?|date=November 2025}} to be the only black speed skater in the twentieth century to compete at the Winter Games.
