**Eric Malcolm Thomas Upshall** (born December 24, 1951) is a Canadian provincial [politician](/source/Politician), who served as a [Saskatchewan New Democratic Party](/source/Saskatchewan_New_Democratic_Party) member of the [Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan](/source/Legislative_Assembly_of_Saskatchewan) from 1986 to 1999.[1]

He was first elected to the Legislative Assembly in the [1986 election](/source/1986_Saskatchewan_general_election) in the constituency of [Humboldt](/source/Humboldt_(federal_electoral_district)).[2] He served in that district until the [1995 election](/source/1995_Saskatchewan_general_election), when he instead stood for re-election in the new district of [Watrous](/source/Watrous_(former_electoral_district)). He was subsequently defeated by [Donna Harpauer](/source/Donna_Harpauer) in the [1999 election](/source/1999_Saskatchewan_general_election).
