**Eqe Bay** is an irregularly shaped, uninhabited [waterway](/source/Waterway) in the [Qikiqtaaluk Region](/source/Qikiqtaaluk_Region), [Nunavut](/source/Nunavut), Canada. It is located on the western coast of north-central [Baffin Island](/source/Baffin_Island). An arm of the [Foxe Basin](/source/Foxe_Basin), it contains no islands within it, but [Bray Island](/source/Bray_Island) lies outside the mouth of the bay 45 km (28 mi) to the south.[2]

## Geology

The bay is within the northeastern [Rae Craton](/source/Rae_craton).[3]
