'''Emmanuel Bibb''' (born February 25, 1973), also known as '''Hard Work''', is an American [streetball](/source/streetball) player from [Detroit](/source/Detroit), Michigan.  He is 6-foot 2-inches tall and plays shooting guard.  In streetball, he is best known for his appearances on the [AND1 Mixtape Tour](/source/AND1_Mixtape_Tour), which airs on [ESPN](/source/ESPN).

In conventional [basketball](/source/basketball), Bibb currently plays for the [Detroit Panthers](/source/Detroit_Panthers_(ABA)) of the [ABA](/source/American_Basketball_Association_(2000-)).  Bibb played [college basketball](/source/college_basketball) at the [University of Detroit Mercy](/source/University_of_Detroit_Mercy).  While in high school, playing for [Detroit Denby](/source/Denby_High_School), Bibb finished in 10th place for Michigan's High School Mr. Basketball award for 1991, placing behind future [NBA](/source/NBA) players [Chris Webber](/source/Chris_Webber) (winner), [Jalen Rose](/source/Jalen_Rose) (runner-up), and [Voshon Lenard](/source/Voshon_Lenard) (7th place).
