# Ely Range

The **Ely Range** is a [mountain range](/source/Mountain_range) located in [Lincoln County](/source/Lincoln_County,_Nevada), southeastern [Nevada](/source/Nevada).[1]

Ely Range was named after John H. Ely, a businessperson in the local mining industry.[2]
