# Eli Small

**Eli Small** (born 1767 at [Petersfield](/source/Petersfield,_Hampshire), [Hampshire](/source/Hampshire); died 20 May 1837 at Petersfield]) was an English professional [cricketer](/source/Cricket) who made 2 known appearances in important matches from 1788 to 1796. He was a son of [John Small](/source/John_Small_(cricketer)) and brother of [Jack Small](/source/Jack_Small).

## Career

He was mainly associated with [Hampshire](/source/Hampshire_county_cricket_team_(pre-1864)).[1]
