**Elbert Pratt** is a [track and field](/source/Track_and_field) coach. He currently resides in [Monterrey](/source/Monterrey), [Mexico](/source/Mexico) and serves as the Olympic Development Coach at the [Tec de Monterrey](/source/Tec_de_Monterrey) and the President of the Pan American Pole Vault Association.
