The **Einang Sound Bridge** ([Norwegian](/source/Norwegian_language): *Einangsundet bru*) is a road bridge in [Vestre Slidre Municipality](/source/Vestre_Slidre_Municipality) in [Innlandet](/source/Innlandet) county, [Norway](/source/Norway). The bridge crosses the [Einang Sound](/source/Einang_Sound) and [Slidre Fjord](/source/Slidrefjord), and it is a branch of [Norwegian County Road 261](/source/Norwegian_County_Road_261) connecting it to [European route E16](/source/European_route_E16).[1] The bridge is a [suspension bridge](/source/Suspension_bridge) with three spans creating a total length of 166 meters (545 ft). The bridge was built in 1963.[2][3]
