# Edward C. Stringer

**Edward Charles Stringer** (born February 13, 1935)[1] is a retired Associate Justice of the [Minnesota Supreme Court](/source/Minnesota_Supreme_Court).[2] A graduate of [Amherst College](/source/Amherst_College) and the [University of Minnesota Law School](/source/University_of_Minnesota_Law_School), he authored a number of opinions as a Justice.[3] He is now in private law practice in [Minnesota](/source/Minnesota).
