There were 12 housing units at an average density of 17.0 per square mile (6.6/km2).[9][10] Everyone was [white](/source/White_(U.S._Census)) or [European American](/source/European_American) (100% [non-Hispanic white](/source/Non-Hispanic_White)).[11] Of the 12 households, 1 had children under the age of 18; 5 were married couples living together; 2 had a female householder with no spouse or partner present. 7 households consisted of individuals and 4 had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.[9] The average household size was 1.4 and the average family size was 1.7.[12] It was estimated no-one in Edson had a bachelor’s degree.[13] 3 people were 25 to 44 years old, 8 were 45 to 64, and 6 were 65 or older.
