# Edmond Wallace

**Edmond Georges Richard Wallace** (4 October 1876 – 28 February 1915) was a French [fencer](/source/Fencing). He competed in the individual [épée](/source/%C3%89p%C3%A9e) event at the [1900 Summer Olympics](/source/1900_Summer_Olympics).[1] He was killed in action during [World War I](/source/World_War_I).[2] He was the brother of fencer [Richard Wallace](/source/Richard_Wallace_(fencer)).
