# Ed Bouchette

**Ed Bouchette** is an American sportswriter. From 1985 until 2019, he was a writer for the *[Pittsburgh Post-Gazette](/source/Pittsburgh_Post-Gazette)* covering the [Pittsburgh Steelers](/source/Pittsburgh_Steelers),[1] before moving to *[The Athletic](/source/The_Athletic)* in 2019.[2] He is a member of the [Pro Football Hall of Fame](/source/Pro_Football_Hall_of_Fame)'s selection committee.

In 2014, Bouchette was given the [Dick McCann Memorial Award](/source/Dick_McCann_Memorial_Award) from the Pro Football Hall of Fame.[3]
