**Earth Clock** is a [computer program](/source/Computer_program) that will display a map of the [Earth](/source/Earth) showing the zones where is [day](/source/Day) and where is [night](/source/Night).[1] It was released by [Xentax Foundation](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Xentax_Foundation&action=edit&redlink=1) on February 7, 2004,[1][2] and programmed by [Arjan Dikhoff](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Arjan_Dikhoff&action=edit&redlink=1).
