# Dzvegor

**Dzvegor** (Macedonian: Ѕвегор) is a [village](/source/Village) in the [municipality](/source/Municipalities_of_North_Macedonia) of [Delčevo](/source/Del%C4%8Devo_Municipality), [North Macedonia](/source/North_Macedonia). It is the final settlement along the main road from [Delčevo](/source/Del%C4%8Devo) to the border with [Bulgaria](/source/Bulgaria) along a route that continues to [Blagoevgrad](/source/Blagoevgrad).

## Demographics

According to the statistics of [Bulgarian](/source/Bulgarians) ethnographer [Vasil Kanchov](/source/Vasil_Kanchov) from 1900 the settlement is written as "Zvegor" and as having 355 inhabitants, 335 [Bulgarian Muslims](/source/Bulgarian_Muslims), 20 [Romani](/source/Romani_people).[1] As of the 2002 census, the village had a total of 904 inhabitants.[2] Ethnic groups in the village include [Macedonians](/source/Macedonians_(ethnic_group)) and [Turks](/source/Turkish_people).[2]
