'''Dusty Trails''' was an American music [duo](/source/Duet_(music)) consisting of [Vivian Trimble](/source/Vivian_Trimble) (formerly of [Kostars](/source/Kostars) and [Luscious Jackson](/source/Luscious_Jackson)) and [Josephine Wiggs](/source/Josephine_Wiggs) (formerly of [the Breeders](/source/the_Breeders)). Trimble provided [vocals](/source/vocals) and Wiggs sang [harmony](/source/harmony) vocals. Their 2000 debut album, ''[Dusty Trails](/source/Dusty_Trails_(album))'', has been described as mood music and is heavy on keyboards, percussion and bass. It has also been compared to 1960s [French](/source/France) and [Brazil](/source/Brazil)ian [pop](/source/pop_music). Half of the album's songs are instrumental and the other half feature Trimble on lead vocals. The album also includes guest vocals from [Emmylou Harris](/source/Emmylou_Harris) on the track "Order Coffee".
