# Dunkassa

**Dunkassa** is a town and [arrondissement](/source/Arrondissements_of_Benin) in the [Borgou Department](/source/Borgou_Department) of [Benin](/source/Benin). It is an administrative division under the jurisdiction of the commune of [Kalalè](/source/Kalal%C3%A8). According to the population census conducted by the [Institut National de la Statistique Benin](/source/Institut_National_de_la_Statistique_Benin) on February 15, 2002, the arrondissement had a total population of 17,236.[1]
