**Doug Cole** (2 July 1916 – 30 January 1959) was an English [footballer](/source/Association_football), who played as a [defender](/source/Defender_(association_football)) in [the Football League](/source/The_Football_League) for [Chester](/source/Chester_City_F.C.).[1][2]
