The **Zotye Domy X5** (Damai X5) is a [compact crossover SUV](/source/Compact_crossover_SUV) manufactured by Chinese automaker [Zotye Auto](/source/Zotye_Auto) under the [Domy](/source/Domy_(marque)) (Chinese: 大迈) product series.[3]

## Overview

Revealed during the 2015 [Shanghai Auto Show](/source/Shanghai_Auto_Show) in China,[4] the production version of the Zotye Domy X5 was launched later in September 2015 with prices ranging from 58,900 yuan to 111,800 yuan.[5][6] Its styling is controversial as the Domy X5 slightly resembles the [Volkswagen Tiguan](/source/Volkswagen_Tiguan).[7]
