***Disturbed*** is the third album by American rapper [Coo Coo Cal](/source/Coo_Coo_Cal). It was released on September 18, 2001, through [Tommy Boy Records](/source/Tommy_Boy_Records). [Production](/source/Hip_hop_production) was mostly handled by Bigg Hank, though Rated X, [Bink!](/source/Bink_(record_producer)), DJ [Cipha Sounds](/source/Cipha_Sounds), Double 8 and [KayGee](/source/KayGee) also contributed production to the album. It features [guest appearances](/source/Guest_appearance) from Midwikid, Mr. Do It To Death, Gage, [Koffee Brown](/source/Koffee_Brown), Lil' Niq, Mocha, Nothing Typical, [Twista](/source/Twista), [Indo G](/source/Indo_G), [Kurupt](/source/Kurupt) and [Trick Daddy](/source/Trick_Daddy).

The album found mild success in the United States, reaching 45 on the [*Billboard* 200](/source/Billboard_200), number 15 on the [Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums](/source/Top_R%26B/Hip-Hop_Albums) and number one on the [Independent Albums](/source/Independent_Albums). Its lead single, "[My Projects](/source/My_Projects)", made it to number 81 on the [*Billboard* Hot 100](/source/Billboard_Hot_100), number 22 on the [Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs](/source/Hot_R%26B/Hip-Hop_Songs) and topped the [Hot Rap Songs](/source/Hot_Rap_Songs) chart in the US.
