**Dikdash** ([Persian](/source/Persian_language): ديك داش)[a] is a village in [Darrehrud-e Shomali Rural District](/source/Darrehrud-e_Shomali_Rural_District)[4] of [Darrehrud District](/source/Darrehrud_District) in [Ungut County](/source/Ungut_County), [Ardabil](/source/Ardabil_province) province, [Iran](/source/Iran).

## Demographics

### Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 262 in 46 households, when it was in [Angut-e Gharbi Rural District](/source/Angut-e_Gharbi_Rural_District) of [Ungut District](/source/Central_District_(Ungut_County))[b] in [Germi County](/source/Germi_County).[5][c] The following census in 2011 counted 186 people in 46 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 197 people in 51 households.[2]

In 2019, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of [Ungut County](/source/Ungut_County) and renamed the [Central District](/source/Central_District_(Ungut_County)). Dikdash was transferred to [Darrehrud-e Shomali Rural District](/source/Darrehrud-e_Shomali_Rural_District) created in the new [Darrehrud District](/source/Darrehrud_District).[4]
