'''Di You''' ({{zh|s=邸佑|t=邸佑|p=Dǐ Yòu}}; born 26 November 1983) is a former [Chinese](/source/China) footballer who played as a midfielder.

==Club career==
Di You started his professional football career with top-tier Chinese club [Bayi Football Team](/source/Bayi_Football_Team), a football team under the sport branch of the [Chinese Army](/source/People's_Liberation_Army). With Bayi he would gradually establish himself as a squad player within the team; however, before he had a chance to further establish himself within the squad, the club were relegated at the end of the 2003 league season and decided to disband.<ref>{{Cite web|url=http://english.people.com.cn/200312/29/eng20031229_131438.shtml|title=Chinese military football team disbanded|publisher=english.people.com.cn|date=29 December 2003|accessdate=21 July 2012}}</ref> Di would transfer to second-tier club [Wuhan Optics Valley](/source/Wuhan_Optics_Valley) in 2004 where he was reunited with his former manager at Bayi, [Pei Encai](/source/Pei_Encai).<ref>{{Cite web|url=http://sports.sohu.com/2004/01/03/03/news217810375.shtml|title=新帅裴恩才满载而归 武汉队搞定两员八一猛将|publisher=sports.sohu.com|date=3 January 2004|accessdate=21 July 2012}}</ref> Di's time in Wuhan would be extremely productive and he was not only part of the team that won the 2004 [Chinese league one](/source/China_League_One) title and promotion to the [Chinese Super League](/source/Chinese_Super_League) but was also part of the team that went on to win the 2005 Chinese Super League Cup as well.<ref>{{Cite web|url=https://www.rsssf.org/tablesc/china04.html|title=China 2004|date=7 April 2005|publisher=[Rec.Sport.Soccer Statistics Foundation](/source/Rec.Sport.Soccer_Statistics_Foundation)|accessdate=21 July 2012}}</ref>

Di's time at Wuhan would suddenly come to an abrupt end when the Wuhan management did not accept the punishment given to them by the [Chinese Football Association](/source/Chinese_Football_Association) after a scuffle broke out during a league game against [Beijing Guoan](/source/Beijing_Guoan) on 27 September 2008 and the club quit the league for unfair punishment.<ref>{{Cite web|url=http://english.people.com.cn/90001/90779/90871/6530650.html|title=Wuhan ejected from soccer league|publisher=english.people.com.cn|date=10 November 2008|accessdate=21 July 2012}}</ref> Once again Di would have to find a new club to play for and joined second-tier football club [Shanghai Zobon](/source/Shanghai_Zobon) at the beginning of the 2009 league season.<ref>{{Cite web|url=http://sports.sina.com.cn/b/2009-03-02/08304247144.shtml|title=中邦励志振兴浦东足球 坚持攻势踢法营造火爆球市|publisher=sports.sina.com.cn|date=2 March 2009|accessdate=21 July 2012}}</ref> After a season with them Di had the chance to return to the top tier with [Jiangsu Sainty](/source/Jiangsu_Sainty_F.C.) as well as another reunion with Pei Encai, however after only a season at the club Di was allowed to leave.<ref>{{Cite web|url=http://we.sportscn.com/viewnews-370384.html|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20110716121739/http://we.sportscn.com/viewnews-370384.html|url-status=usurped|archive-date=16 July 2011|title=江苏舜天敲定四名内援 邸佑再次改换门庭来南京|publisher=sportscn.com|date=8 February 2010|accessdate=21 July 2012}}</ref> In 2011, he would join third-tier club [Chongqing F.C.](/source/Chongqing_F.C.) where he actually won promotion with them, however despite this he would leave the club to join another third-tier club in [Shenzhen Fengpeng](/source/Shenzhen_Fengpeng) in 2012.

In March 2014, Di transferred to [China League Two](/source/China_League_Two) side [Shenyang Dongjin](/source/Shenyang_Dongjin).<ref>[http://sports.sohu.com/20140320/n396927194.shtml 深圳风鹏正式退出中乙] at sports.sohu.com 2014-03-20 Retrieved 2014-03-26</ref>
