Jangipur subdivision is crowded with 52 [census towns](/source/census_towns) and as such it had to be presented in two location maps. One of the maps can be seen alongside. The subdivision is located in the [Rarh region](/source/Rarh_region) that is spread over from adjoining [Santhal Pargana division](/source/Santhal_Pargana_division) of [Jharkhand](/source/Jharkhand). According to the [2011 Census of India](/source/2011_Census_of_India), Dhusaripara had a total population of 17,800, of which 8,822 (50%) were males and 8,978 (50%) were females. Population in the age range 0–6 years was 3,559.
