# Del Lundgren

**Ebin Delmer Lundgren** (September 21, 1899 – October 19, 1984) was a [pitcher](/source/Pitcher) in [Major League Baseball](/source/Major_League_Baseball) who played from through for the [Pittsburgh Pirates](/source/Pittsburgh_Pirates) (1924) and [Boston Red Sox](/source/Boston_Red_Sox) (1926–27). Listed at 5 ft 8 in (1.73 m), 160 lb, Lundgren batted and threw [right-handed](/source/Right-handed). He was born in [Lindsborg, Kansas](/source/Lindsborg,_Kansas).

In a three-season career, Lundgren posted a 5–15 record 54 [strikeouts](/source/Strikeout) and a 6.51 [ERA](/source/Earned_run_average) in 56 appearances, including 19 [starts](/source/Starting_pitcher), five [complete games](/source/Complete_game), two [shutouts](/source/Shutout), and 184.0 innings of work.
