Kitcher founded Filmscope Entertainment with her partner [John V. Soto](/source/John_V._Soto) in 2007. Filmscope Entertainment is an Australian-based production company that makes commercial genre films. In 2009, she produced [Crush](/source/Crush_(2009_film)), a thriller film following an international architecture student at [University of Western Australia](/source/University_of_Western_Australia) and martial arts champ, who finds work as a house sitter for the wealthy owners of a home in Perth. The film was shot on location at [Perth](/source/Perth), [Western Australia](/source/Western_Australia) including [South Perth](/source/South_Perth%2C_Western_Australia), [Perry Lakes Reserve](/source/Perry_Lakes_Reserve), [University of Western Australia](/source/University_of_Western_Australia) and [West Perth](/source/West_Perth%2C_Western_Australia).
