**Debora Jille** (born 11 September 1999) is a Dutch [badminton](/source/Badminton) player.[2] Partnered with [Cheryl Seinen](/source/Cheryl_Seinen), she won the bronze medals at the [2023 European Games](/source/Badminton_at_the_2023_European_Games) and [2024 European Championships](/source/2024_European_Badminton_Championships).[3][4] She also won the bronze medal at the [2025 European Championships](/source/2025_European_Badminton_Championships) with [Sara Thygesen](/source/Sara_Thygesen).[5] Jille is a member of the BWF Athletes' Commission serving from 2025 to 2029.[6]

## Career

Debora Jille started playing badminton when she was almost seven years old. Just like her brothers Stefan and [Ruben](/source/Ruben_Jille) they first started playing tennis before picking up the sport of their mother, badminton in [Houten](/source/Houten) and in [Amersfoort](/source/Amersfoort). She won the women's doubles title twice at the [Dutch National Badminton Championships](/source/Dutch_National_Badminton_Championships) in 2022 and 2023 together with partner Cheryl Seinen; and also won the mixed doubles title in 2022 with [Ties van der Lecq](/source/Ties_van_der_Lecq). In the Dutch Eredivisie league, she is playing for BC Duinwijck. In the German Bundesliga league, she played for TV Refrath, while in Denmark in the Elite league her club is Vendsyssel Badminton Club.
