# David Selberg

**David Selberg** (16 June 1995 – 17 June 2018) was a [Swedish](/source/Sweden) [ice hockey](/source/Ice_hockey) [defenceman](/source/Defenceman). He played with [Luleå HF](/source/Lule%C3%A5_HF) of the [Swedish Hockey League](/source/Swedish_Hockey_League) (SHL).

Selberg made his [Swedish Hockey League](/source/Swedish_Hockey_League) debut playing with [Luleå HF](/source/Lule%C3%A5_HF) during the [2013–14 SHL season](/source/2013%E2%80%9314_SHL_season).[1]

Selberg's suicide was announced 18 June 2018.[2]
