He graduated from the [Danish National School of Theatre and Contemporary Dance](/source/Danish_National_School_of_Theatre_and_Contemporary_Dance) in 2003.

In Denmark, David Owe is also noted for roles in the TV series ''[2900 Happiness](/source/2900_Happiness)'', the movie ''[The Lost Treasure of the Knights Templar II](/source/The_Lost_Treasure_of_the_Knights_Templar_II)'', and for winning the second season of the Danish version of ''[Dancing with the Stars](/source/Dancing_with_the_Stars)''. He has also released an album entitled ''Tomorrow''. He is married to actor [Marie Askehave](/source/Marie_Askehave). Together they have two daughters.
