# David Magnier

**David Magnier** (born 5 June 1972) is a French politician of the [National Rally](/source/National_Rally). In the [2024 legislative election](/source/2024_French_legislative_election), he was elected member of the [National Assembly](/source/National_Assembly_(France)) for [Oise's 7th constituency](/source/Oise's_7th_constituency).[1] He is a former member of the [yellow vest movement](/source/Yellow_vest_movement), and was a candidate of the [Citizens' Initiative Movement](/source/Citizens'_initiative_referendum_(France)) for the [2019 European Parliament election](/source/2019_European_Parliament_election_in_France).[2] He joined the National Rally in 2021 and was its candidate for [Oise's 1st constituency](/source/Oise's_1st_constituency) in the [2022 legislative election](/source/2022_French_legislative_election).[2]
