# David Maddocks

**David 'Dai' Maddocks** (born 20 January 1983, in [Haverfordwest](/source/Haverfordwest)) is a [Welsh](/source/Welsh_people) Under 21 international rugby union player.[1] A prop forward, he made 26 appearances for the Welsh regional team [Newport Gwent Dragons](/source/Dragons_(rugby_union)) and also represented the [Scarlets](/source/Scarlets). He previously played for [Llanelli RFC](/source/Llanelli_RFC), [Bedwas RFC](/source/Bedwas_RFC), [Coventry RFC](/source/Coventry_RFC) and [Newport RFC](/source/Newport_RFC).

Maddocks joined [Jersey](/source/Jersey_Reds) in June 2010 and was released by the club in May 2012[2]
