===Chelsea===
Pappoe joined [Chelsea](/source/Chelsea_F.C.) as a schoolboy at under-12 level. He featured for the [Chelsea reserves](/source/Chelsea_F.C._Reserves_and_Academy) during the [2009–10 season](/source/2009%E2%80%9310_in_English_football) while still studying at school. He missed the start of the [2011–12 season](/source/2011%E2%80%9312_in_English_football) with injuries, returning in early 2012, only to suffer another serious injury, where he was ruled out for the remainder of the season. Ahead of the 2022–23 campaign, Pappoe joined [Chipstead](/source/Chipstead_F.C.).

After Appearing 27 times for Chipstead, Pappoe moved to [Southern Combination](/source/Southern_Combination_Football_League) Premier Division side [Roffey](/source/Roffey_F.C.) in September 2024, for which he won man of the match on his debut in a 4-1 win over [Shoreham](/source/Shoreham_F.C.). In his second game for the Boars Pappoe was shown a straight red card for violent conduct, his first in his non-league career, as [Roffey](/source/Roffey_F.C.) fell to a 3-1 home defeat against [Crowborough Athletic](/source/Crowborough_Athletic_F.C.). Pappoe scored his first [Roffey](/source/Roffey_F.C.) goal on 28 December 2024, in a 3-1 away win against eventual league champions [Hassocks](/source/Hassocks_F.C.).

At the end of the 2025-26 season Pappoe left Roffey after the club appointed a new manager in Naim Rouane who saw Pappoe as surplus to the squad, with Pappoe then moving onto sign for [Redhill](/source/Redhill_F.C.) in the [Combined Counties Football League](/source/Combined_Counties_Football_League).

==International career==
In 2013, he represented Ghana's under-20 national team in the four-team Valais Youth Cup. He played in games versus Kosovo and Brazil. Pappoe was born in [Accra](/source/Accra), Ghana. He grew up in the [Deptford](/source/Deptford) area of South East London. He lived in the Cobham area when he joined the Chelsea Youth Academy as a school boy.
