**Dalanjargalan** ([Mongolian](/source/Mongolian_language): Даланжаргалан, Seventy happiness also **Ulaantolgoi**)) is a [sum](/source/Sums_of_Mongolia) (district) of [Dornogovi Province](/source/Dornogovi_Province) in south-eastern [Mongolia](/source/Mongolia). Sum center is Olon Ovoo railway station on [Trans-Mongolian Railway](/source/Trans-Mongolian_Railway) ([Ulan Bator](/source/Ulan_Bator) - [Beijing](/source/Beijing)) line and abandoned Soviet air force base location. [Eldev Coal Mine](/source/Eldev_Coal_Mine) is 21 km N from sum center. In 2009, its population was 2,554.[1]

## Geography

The district has a total area of 4,100 km2.[2]

## Administrative divisions

The district is divided into five [bags](/source/Bags_of_Mongolia), which are:[3]

- Bichigt

- Eldev

- Olon-Ovoo

- Tsomog

- Ungut

## Education

The district has a secondary school, primary school and kindergarten. The [gross enrolment ratio](/source/Gross_enrolment_ratio) for secondary school is 77.5% and for primary school is 92.4%.[2]
