"**Da Goodness**" is a song by American rapper [Redman](/source/Redman_(rapper)) with a verse by fellow rapper [Busta Rhymes](/source/Busta_Rhymes). It was released on January 12, 1999, via [Def Jam Recordings](/source/Def_Jam_Recordings) as the second single from Redman's fourth solo studio album, *[Doc's da Name 2000](/source/Doc's_da_Name_2000)*. Production was handled by Redman himself, who used an interpolation of "[Caravan](/source/Caravan_(Juan_Tizol_and_Duke_Ellington_song))" written by [Duke Ellington](/source/Duke_Ellington), [Juan Tizol](/source/Juan_Tizol), and [Irving Mills](/source/Irving_Mills).

The song did not reach the US [*Billboard* Hot 100](/source/Billboard_Hot_100), however, it made it to number 50 on the [Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs](/source/Hot_R%26B%2FHip-Hop_Songs), number 38 on the [R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay](/source/R%26B%2FHip-Hop_Airplay), and number 9 on the [Hot Rap Songs](/source/Hot_Rap_Songs) in the United States.
