It was released on February 13, 2007, for [Thizz Entertainment](/source/Thizz_Entertainment), SMC Recordings and Gateway Records and was produced by the prominent Bay Area producers [Traxamillion](/source/Traxamillion), [Droop-E](/source/Droop-E), [Rick Rock](/source/Rick_Rock), [Jake and the Phatman](/source/Jake_and_the_Phatman) as well as PSD himself, Clipso, Indo & Fireworks, Lev Berlak, Tha Rolla and Don Juan.

The collaboration proved successful and charted on three [Billboard charts](/source/Billboard_charts), peaking at #82 on the [Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums](/source/Top_R%26B%2FHip-Hop_Albums), #40 on the [Independent Albums](/source/Independent_Albums) chart and #12 on the [Top Heatseekers](/source/Top_Heatseekers). Two singles were released from the album, "Cus, Cus" and "That Go", though neither made it to the charts.
