It runs from [Maslinica](/source/Maslinica) in the west to [Stomorska](/source/Stomorska) in the east, passing through [Grohote](/source/Grohote), where it connects with the [D112](/source/D112_(Croatia)) road leading to the [Rogač](/source/Roga%C4%8D) ferry port.
