Location Leicestershire Grid reference SP 509 958[1] Interest Biological Area 6.2 hectares[1] Notification 1983[1] Location map Magic Map **Croft Pasture** is a 6.2-hectare (15-acre) biological [Site of Special Scientific Interest](/source/Site_of_Special_Scientific_Interest) on the outskirts of [Croft](/source/Croft%2C_Leicestershire) in [Leicestershire](/source/Leicestershire).[1][2] Most of the site, totalling 5.8 hectares, is owned and managed by the [Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust](/source/Leicestershire_and_Rutland_Wildlife_Trust).[3] The [River Soar](/source/River_Soar) runs through this unimproved grazed meadow, which is dominated by [common bent](/source/Common_bent) and [crested dog's-tail](/source/Crested_dog's-tail).
