During his graduate studies, he performed with the [Knoxville Opera](/source/Knoxville_Opera) as Basilio in [Il Barbiere di Siviglia](/source/Il_Barbiere_di_Siviglia) and as a soloist in [Verdi's Requiem](/source/Requiem_(Verdi)) with the Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra.
