== Professional wrestling career ==
Cowboy Lang was recognized for more than 30 years as one of the top midget wrestlers in the world.<ref name=Encyclopedia/> Lang made his professional wrestling debut in the mid-1960s when he was 16 years old.<ref name=Encyclopedia/> He would regularly rush to the ring wearing his trademark cowboy hat and boots.<ref name=Encyclopedia/> He was born in [Saskatchewan](/source/Saskatchewan) but raised in [Rimbey](/source/Rimbey%2C_Alberta), [Alberta](/source/Alberta).<ref>{{Cite web | title=Midget star Cowboy Lang dies |last=Oliver |first=Greg | publisher=[SLAM!
