The village is located about 3&nbsp; km from the [N11 Dublin-Wexford road](/source/N11_road_(Ireland)) at [Inch](/source/Inch%2C_County_Wexford). Amenities include a [Gaelic Athletic Association](/source/Gaelic_Athletic_Association) pitch, [handball](/source/Gaelic_handball) alley, a [grocery store](/source/grocery_store), two pubs [(public houses)](/source/Pub) and [national (primary) school](/source/National_school_(Ireland)). The primary school opened in the early 1980s.
