'''Condolden''' is a hill in north [Cornwall](/source/Cornwall), England, [UK](/source/UK). The summit is {{convert|308|m|ft}} [above ordnance datum](/source/Ordnance_Datum).<ref>Ordnance Survey: Landranger map sheet 190 ''Bude & Clovelly'' {{ISBN|978-0-319-23145-6}}</ref>

Condolden is {{convert|2|mi|km|0|spell=in}} southeast of [Tintagel](/source/Tintagel) village and is on the eastern border of Tintagel [civil parish](/source/civil_parish) between Waterpit Down (to the east) and Penpethy (to the west). It is the highest point in the parish.

The largest of the [Bronze Age](/source/Bronze_Age) [barrow](/source/Tumulus)s in Tintagel is at Condolden (another is at Menadue). On the edges of the hill are (from the north) [Halgabron](/source/Halgabron), [Trenale](/source/Trenale), Downrow, [Truas](/source/Truas), Menadue and [Trewarmett](/source/Trewarmett). Near Trenale was the [Iron Age fort](/source/Hill_fort) of Trenale Bury which was ploughed up during the [Second World War](/source/Second_World_War). The barrow has not been excavated and is topped by an [Ordnance Survey](/source/Ordnance_Survey) [triangulation point](/source/Triangulation_station) (or "trig"). The land is used for arable farming.<ref>Dyer, Peter (2005) ''Tintagel: a portrait of a parish''. Cambridge: Cambridge Books. {{ISBN|0-9550097-0-7}}; pp. 15-20</ref>
