The '''Committee for Education''' is a [Northern Ireland Assembly](/source/Northern_Ireland_Assembly) committee established to advise, assist and scrutinise the work of the [Department of Education](/source/Department_of_Education_(Northern_Ireland)) and Minister of Education (currently [Paul Givan](/source/Paul_Givan)) on matters within their responsibility as a minister.
