Canonical URL: https://mediated.wiki/source/Collin_Abranches > Markdown URL: https://mediated.wiki/source/Collin_Abranches.md > Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collin_Abranches > Source revision: 1307967190 > License: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/) **Collin Abranches** (born 12 December 1991) is an Indian professional [footballer](/source/Association_football) who last played as a [defender](/source/Defender_(association_football)) for [I-League](/source/I-League) side [Gokulam Kerala](/source/Gokulam_Kerala_F.C.). ## Career ### Air India In early 2011 Collin signed for local [Mumbai](/source/Mumbai) club [Air India FC](/source/Air_India_FC) who play in the national [I-League](/source/I-League).[citation needed] On 9 January 2011, Collin played and scored in his first ever professional match for Air India in an [I-League](/source/I-League) match against [HAL](/source/Hindustan_Aeronautics_Limited_S.C.).[1] He then scored his second career goal against [Dempo](/source/Dempo_S.C.) on 18 December 2011.[2] ### Salgaocar Abranches made his debut for [Salgaocar F.C.](/source/Salgaocar_F.C.) on 22 September 2012 during a [Federation Cup](/source/Indian_Federation_Cup) match against [United Sikkim F.C.](/source/United_Sikkim_F.C.) at the [JRD Tata Sports Complex](/source/JRD_Tata_Sports_Complex) in [Jamshedpur](/source/Jamshedpur), [Jharkhand](/source/Jharkhand); Salgaocar won the match 0–3.[3] ### Mohammedan On 31 May 2013, it was confirmed that Abranches had signed for Mohammedan along with [Sandeep Sangha](/source/Sandeep_Sangha).[4] He made his debut for Mohammedan in the [I-League](/source/I-League) on 21 September 2013 against [Pune F.C.](/source/Pune_F.C.) at the [Salt Lake Stadium](/source/Salt_Lake_Stadium) and played the whole match; as Mohammedan lost the match 1–3.[5] ### Mumbai FC On 16 September 2014, [Mumbai FC](/source/Mumbai_FC) announced that they have signed Collin Abranches.[6] ### Ozone FC In July 2016, Abranches joined [Bengaluru](/source/Bengaluru) based [I-League 2nd Division](/source/I-League_2) club [Ozone](/source/Ozone_FC).
