==YouTube content moderation==
The video sharing website [YouTube](/source/YouTube) has used Collabera as a contractor to hire content moderators, who review videos to determine if their content violates YouTube's content policies. A September 2020 lawsuit filed against YouTube included reports by a former Collabera employee who said that she was given little to no mental health training or support and made to sign an NDA before being shown examples of content that appears in the review queues. She reported being made to regularly exceed YouTube's stated limited of four hours per day of viewing graphic content.<ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.theverge.com/2020/9/22/21450477/youtube-content-moderator-sues-lawsuit-ptsd-graphic-content-exposure|title=Former YouTube content moderator sues the company after developing symptoms of PTSD|work=The Verge|last=Vincent|first=James|date=September 22, 2020|access-date=October 11, 2020}}</ref><ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.cnbc.com/2020/09/22/former-youtube-content-moderator-describes-horrors-of-the-job-in-lawsuit.html|title=Former YouTube content moderator describes horrors of the job in new lawsuit|publisher=CNBC|last=Elias|first=Jennifer|date=September 22, 2020|access-date=October 11, 2020}}</ref>
