# Colin Moock

**Colin Moock** is an [Adobe Flash](/source/Adobe_Flash) and [ActionScript](/source/ActionScript) expert.[1] He is an author, tutor, and programmer.[2]

## Career

Moock studied at the Literature Department of the University of Waterloo, Canada.[3] Colin worked as a webmaster for [SoftQuad, Inc.](/source/SoftQuad_Software) (until 1997).[4] For the next four years, he worked at the Canadian interactive Agency ICE, Inc.[5][6] Moock has developed interactive applications for [Sony](/source/Sony), [HP](/source/Hewlett-Packard), [Procter & Gamble](/source/Procter_%26_Gamble) and other brands.[4]

## Multiuser era

Moock is also an advocate of the [multiuser](/source/MultiUser_Talk) technology applications (what he called 'the Multiuser Era'). He is one of the creators of the [Union project](http://www.unionplatform.com/) — a development platform for such applications.[7]

## Bibliography
