**Chota Ambona** is a village in [Nirsa (community development block)](/source/Nirsa_(community_development_block)) of [Dhanbad district](/source/Dhanbad_district) in [Jharkhand](/source/Jharkhand), [India](/source/India).[1] It is the former location of the now closed Khandelwal Glass Factory. Currently it houses one of the largest concrete sleeper manufacturing unit under [Eastern Railways](/source/Eastern_Railway_zone).[2]

Chota Ambona village has population of 1421 of which 724 are males while 697 are females as per population census 2011.
