**Chinelle Akhalia Henry** (born 17 August 1995) is a [Jamaican](/source/Jamaica) [cricketer](/source/Cricket) who plays as a right-arm [medium-fast](/source/Fast_bowling) [bowler](/source/Bowling_(cricket)) and right-handed [batter](/source/Batting_(cricket)).[1] In October 2018, she was named in the [West Indies' squad](/source/West_Indies_women's_cricket_team) for the [2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20](/source/2018_ICC_Women's_World_Twenty20) tournament in the West Indies.[2][3] In July 2019, [Cricket West Indies](/source/Cricket_West_Indies) awarded her with a central contract for the first time, ahead of the 2019–20 season.[4] In January 2020, she was named in West Indies' squad for the [2020 ICC Women's T20 World Cup](/source/2020_ICC_Women's_T20_World_Cup) in Australia.[5] In May 2021, Henry was awarded with a central contract from [Cricket West Indies](/source/Cricket_West_Indies).[6] She plays domestic cricket for [Jamaica](/source/Jamaica_women's_national_cricket_team) and [Barbados Royals](/source/Barbados_Royals_(WCPL)).[7]

On 2 July 2021, she and her teammate [Chedean Nation](/source/Chedean_Nation) had collapsed on the field in a space of ten minutes during the [second women's T20I match between West Indies and Pakistan](/source/Pakistan_women's_cricket_team_in_the_West_Indies_in_2021) at the [Coolidge Cricket Ground](/source/Coolidge_Cricket_Ground) in Antigua.[8] Both of them were immediately taken to the hospital and they were reportedly in conscious and stable position.[9]

In October 2021, she was named in the West Indies team for the [2021 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier](/source/2021_Women's_Cricket_World_Cup_Qualifier) tournament in Zimbabwe.[10] In February 2022, she was named in the West Indies team for the [2022 Women's Cricket World Cup](/source/2022_Women's_Cricket_World_Cup) in New Zealand.[11]

She was named in the West Indies squad for the [2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup](/source/2024_ICC_Women's_T20_World_Cup).[12]

Henry was part of the West Indies squad for the [2025 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier](/source/2025_Women's_Cricket_World_Cup_Qualifier) held in Pakistan in April 2025.[13]
