'''Chenguang''' Group is a machinery manufacturing group headquartered in [Nanjing](/source/Nanjing), [China](/source/China). Its predecessor, Jinling Machinery Manufacturing Bureau, was founded in late [Qing](/source/Qing_dynasty) (1865 CE) by [Li Hongzhang](/source/Li_Hongzhang), the Acting [Viceroy of Liangjiang](/source/Viceroy_of_Liangjiang).<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.cacgg.com/english/about/about.asp |title=Nanjing Chenguang Group Co., LTD |accessdate=2016-01-25 |url-status=dead|archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20160131065733/http://www.cacgg.com/english/about/about.asp |archivedate=2016-01-31 }}</ref> The plant moved to [Kaohsiung](/source/Kaohsiung), [Taiwan](/source/Taiwan), [ROC](/source/Republic_of_China) during the civil war. The remained in mainland became Ordnance General Plant in [PRC](/source/PRC). It later subordinated to [CASIC](/source/China_Aerospace_Science_and_Industry_Corporation). The plant renamed Chenguang Machinery Plant in 1980 and became Chenguang Group in 1996.

Its subsidiary company [http://www.aerosun.cn/ Aerosun] was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchanges in 2001.
