**Charlie Manby** (born 4 August 2005) is an English [darts](/source/Darts) player who competes in [Professional Darts Corporation](/source/Professional_Darts_Corporation) (PDC) events. He gained attention in February 2025 after recording a [three-dart match average](/source/Three-dart_average) of 130.7 at [2025 Development Tour 4](/source/2025_PDC_Development_Tour_series#Development_Tour_4), the highest in [PDC Development Tour](/source/PDC_Development_Tour) history. He reached the last 16 of the [2026 PDC World Darts Championship](/source/2026_PDC_World_Darts_Championship) in his [World Championship](/source/PDC_World_Darts_Championship) debut.

## Career

Manby began his career competing in [World Darts Federation](/source/World_Darts_Federation) (WDF) youth events. In 2022, he won multiple titles at the [WDF Europe Youth Cup](/source/WDF_Europe_Youth_Cup) representing England alongside Thomas Banks in the pairs competition. He partnered Banks, Archie Self and [Luke Littler](/source/Luke_Littler) in the team competition. They won the Pairs, Team, and Overall categories.[5]

In February 2025, he reached his first final on the [PDC Development Tour](/source/2025_PDC_Development_Tour_series) at [event 3](/source/2025_PDC_Development_Tour_series#Development_Tour_3) before later that same day recording a 130.70 [three-dart average](/source/Three-dart_average) in a 4–0 [whitewash](/source/Whitewash_(sport)) over Patrik Williams at [event 4](/source/2025_PDC_Development_Tour_series#Development_Tour_4), the highest recorded [PDC Development Tour](/source/PDC_Development_Tour) average.[6][7] In September, he won [event 16](/source/2025_PDC_Development_Tour_series#Development_Tour_16). Manby reached the last 16 at the [2025 PDC World Youth Championship](/source/2025_PDC_World_Youth_Championship), but lost to reigning world champion [Luke Littler](/source/Luke_Littler) 5–6 in a deciding leg; he had missed two match darts.[2]

Manby qualified for the [2026 PDC World Darts Championship](/source/2026_PDC_World_Darts_Championship) via the [2025 Development Tour Order of Merit](/source/2025_PDC_Development_Tour_series#Order_of_Merit). He defeated 26th seed [Cameron Menzies](/source/Cameron_Menzies) 3–2 in [sets](/source/Set_(darts)) in the first round.[8][9] He reached the fourth round of the tournament, eventually being defeated 4–1 by [Gian van Veen](/source/Gian_van_Veen).[10] At [2026 Q-School](/source/2026_PDC_Pro_Tour#Q-School), Manby earned a [PDC Tour Card](/source/PDC_Tour_Card) on the final day of play.[11]

Outside of darts, Manby is a bricklayer by trade.[12] He previously played [cricket](/source/Cricket) for Clayton West CC.[13]
